Attached is additional information for the complaint filed on June 19th, 2023 (complaint 100643). Also I inadvertently forgot to include Mr. McEglunn from the Klenda Austerman Law Firm yesterday in my submission (he and I have agreed that if I filed a complaint with the department that I would include him on it, so I am including him now with the files attached).
Also, I am emailing to inquire on the complaint filed on May 1st, 2023. I have attached the forms filed with the department to this email.
Also, are you going to send the documents that were requested under the subpoena that was issued to the department? If not, please let me know and I will request a subpoena be issued for you to be present at the July 5th, 2023 status conference hearing we have scheduled with Judge Wonnell where we can discuss the documents not being provided under the veil of the automatic stay that is no longer in effect.
