@Homesite Insurance is a bad faith insurance provider. While the State of Kansas may currently not allow a consumer to bring a cause of action against an insurance company (that is only available to the Commissioner of Insurnace - Vicki Schmidt for Insurance Commissioner, who at every turn claims she's for the Citizens of Kansas yet sits on her ass doing absolutely nothing when a consumer brings clear violations of Kansas Law to her attention), here is proof that Homesite Insurance, American Family Insurance Adjuster Jeanne Kettner, Supervisor Laticia Larson, Branch Manager Ann Pfefferle, @Nina Pelton, @SIU Investigator Jon Hirschbein, Kansas Insurance Department Attorney Justin McFarland, Kansas Insurance DepartmentCharles Thomas II, clearly do not wish to do their job as either an Insurance Provider or Insurance Regulator, even when a consumer hands this clear violations of Kansas Insurance Law, and even the bad faith Homesite Insurance Attorney can clearly see that the claim was wrongfully denied and should not have been. Vicki Schmidt for Insurance Commissioner needs to be fired, and Homesite Insurance & @american family, Progressive Home by Homesite need to be barred from operating in this State until they and the Commissioner are held accountable for this failure. This isn't just a me problem, it could one day be you. Don't stand for this and don't remain silent! That is what the Insurance industry wants you to do to increase their profits.
